Stephen J. Stellhorn

Stephen J. Stellhorn is the founder of MSM Capital Management, LLC (MSM) and Integrative Transformational Health, LLC (ITH).

MSM is a Florida licensed insurance agency, focused on the needs of individuals approaching and planning for retirement. With a emphasis on the client household balance sheet and its cash flow generating capabilities, planning is focused on developing optimal Social Security strategies, understanding Medicare options, choosing the right life and health insurance and navigating long-term care options. ITH provides health coaching, partnering with clients to make lasting transformational changes in their lives with a focus on weight management. He also writes a blog and posts videos on his author website (stephenstellhorn.com), covering retirement concerns individuals and couples may face as they plan for and live through the various phases of retirement.

His financial services career spans over twenty-five years in banking, investments and insurance. He has held positions in retail and institutional fixed-income sales, fixed income portfolio management, U.S. Government bond trading, bank balance sheet management, brokerage branch sales management and insurance and financial planning. Prior to beginning his business career, Stellhorn was a paramedic while pursuing his business degree.

Stellhorn holds the Retirement Management Analyst (RMA®) designation through the Retirement Income Industry Association® (RIIA®). He has passed the FINRA securities exams for the Series 7, 8, 24, 4, 27, 55, 63 and 65, and also the MSRB securities exams for the Series 52 and 53. Stellhorn has also passed the State of Florida Life, Health & Variable Annuity 2-15 insurance exam. In addition, he is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

Stellhorn completed the Retirement Management Analyst Program at Boston University’s Center for Professional Education. He also completed and received a Certificate in Financial Planning from Kaplan University. Stellhorn graduated from the prestigious Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, where he learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories; everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics and everything in between. Studying under Grand Master Dennis Kelly, Stellhorn is a Level 1 and 2 certified instructor in Chi-Kung. He is a graduate of The Florida State University, earning dual Bachelor of Science degrees in International Business and Biological Science. He is a member of the fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta.
